PARTICIPATION RULES WAVE FOR SUPPORT

These participation rules relate to the action "Wave for Support" ("the Action") organised by vzw 1895, the official fanclub of the Belgian Red Devils and Belgian Red Flames.

1. Organiser

The Action is organised by vzw 1895, having its registered office at 1020 Brussels, Avenue Houba de Strooper 145 and company number 553.546.435 (hereinafter: "the Organiser").

2. The Action

The Action uses an online platform on which anyone interested in Belgian football (players, fans, referees, staff of the federations, famous Flemish, Walloon and Brussels people, etc.) can upload a video (the "Video") in which they imitate the Mexican Wave. Participants will then be redirected to the Red Cross website, where they can make a donation.

3. Personal data

When registering and participating in the Action, the participant communicates his/her personal data to the Organiser. The Organiser will process these personal data in accordance with the national and European legal framework and its privacy statement.

By participating in the Action, participants give their consent to the collection and processing of their personal data and to the receipt of messages from the Organiser. The Organiser is responsible for the processing of your personal data.

These personal data include the surname, first name, date of birth, gender and e-mail address of the participant, as well as the content of the Video, the location (optional) if it was entered manually by the participant and any other data that can be processed further. These data are collected for the purpose of ensuring the smooth running of the Action. The content of the Video will be used to promote the Action and will be published on the Organiser's website. The participant consents to this.

The Organiser may also use these data for direct marketing purposes. If you have given your explicit permission, you will receive newsletters and other commercial communications from the Organiser at the e-mail address you have provided. You may at any time object to such use of your personal data and/or revoke this permission by sending an e-mail to privacy@rbfa.be.

All participants have the right to access, modify and correct or delete their data. This right can be exercised by sending an e-mail to the Organiser via privacy@rbfa.be with a copy of the identity card attached. If you request the total or partial deletion of your data before the end of the Action, so that the Organiser can no longer contact you, your participation may be declared invalid and you may lose any right to obtain any prize.

For any questions and/or information concerning the protection of your personal data, you can contact the Organiser via the above-mentioned e-mail address.

4. Responsibility

If the Organiser is forced to postpone, shorten or withdraw the Action, or to change the rules, the Organiser cannot be held liable in any way. The Organiser reserves the right to modify, postpone, interrupt or terminate any aspect of this Action or its progress if a case of force majeure or a circumstance beyond his will or control is justified, including by a court decision, without this resulting in any liability on the part of the Organiser or any compensation to participants or third parties.

The Organiser is not liable for any technical faults or problems or interruptions that may affect the progress of the Action.

Under no circumstances can the Organiser be held responsible for the faulty recording of data that would no longer allow the participant to be identified.

5. Rules

Participation in the Action implies unconditional acceptance of these rules and of the decisions that the Organiser will take in this matter.

All additional communications relating to the Action shall count as an item in these rules.

If necessary, the Organiser is able to adapt these rules.
